Branch of Armenian National Pavilion was opened in Yibin City, Sichuan Province.
On December 10, 2016, a branch of Armenian National Pavilion was opened in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Apart from Armenia, importers of various food and drinks from Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, as well as representatives of several European countries’ general consulates responsible for economy and development affairs were present. The first Pavilion was opened in China’s Ningbo City Free Trade Zone Area, Zhejiang Province in June 2016.
Aram Karamyan, Attaché of the Embassy of RA to PRC, and David Yu, co-founder of the Armenian National Pavilion in Ningbo, took part in the opening ceremony. Local government representatives, as well as import export and logistics company directors and workers were present.
A.Karamyan conveyed the greeting address of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of RA to PRC S.Manassarian. It was mentioned that the Armenian side is interested in developing the cooperation with more regions and cities of China. This is the second pavilion opening in China by private business sector, which is promising for bilateral economic relations development in private sector. There is a hope that private sector connections will enlarge and strengthen, which is fully consistent with the high level of bilateral political relations.
