General information

Diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Armenia were established on February 21^st, 1992.

Since November 2016 H.E Mr. Sergey Manassarian is the Ambassador of Armenia to Mongolia (residence in Beijing).

Since May 2023 H.E Mr. Ulziysaykhan Enkhtuvshin is the Ambassador of Mongolia to Armenia (residence in Moscow).

Legal Framework

Joint Communiqué of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Republic of Armenia and Mongolia, signed in February 1992,
Agreement on the Mutual Waiver of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Official Passports between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Mongolia (signed on September 28^th, 2018),

The agreement between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Mongolia on cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture and sports is under discussion.
